Evidence-based survey of every on-dev spec and every open spec PR (#56 #54 #45 #43 #40 #39 #38 #37 #25 #20 #18 #4) against current ovos-core / ovos-workshop / ovos-dinkum-listener / plugin code. Key findings: - MSG-1 / SESSION-1 / SESSION-2 / INTENT-1/2/3 / TRANSFORM-1 / USER-ID-1 → V1 - PIPELINE-1 / AUDIO-IN-1 → V2 (recognizer_loop:utterance rename) - INTENT-4 → V2 (engine-specific registration topic renames) - STOP-1 → V2 (mycroft.stop + skill.stop.pong rename) - CONVERSE-1 → V2 (shared pong → per-skill addressed pong) - FALLBACK-1 → V2 (ovos.skills.fallback.* rename) - AUDIO-1 / COMMON-QUERY-1 / PERSONA-1 / CONTEXT-1 → V2 - INTENT-4 §11 → V1 section within V2 spec - 6 open questions filed for needs-review items Does not edit spec headers (avoids conflicts with 13 in-flight PRs).
