Wire up the Bytech IPI Float 88 driver

App side of the Bytech IPI Float 88 driver in OpenMouse-Project/mouse-protocol#119.

Draft until that PR is released: @openmouse/protocol is pinned to 0.10.0, which does not include the Bytech driver yet. I will bump the dependency here once PR #119 is merged and published.

Changes

• controller.ts: imports BytechHidClient, adds it to NEEDS_OPEN for connection lifecycle, and adds generic setDebounceTime capability check in applyPulsarValue.
• traits.ts: maps bytech family to DIRECT_MODE and assigns brand IPI.
• supported-devices-data.ts: adds IPI Float 88 (PIDs 0x1014 / 0x1015) as supported.
• control-devices.css: applies select styles to #debounce-settings select.
• hardware-brand-checks.ts: registers IPI in WIRELESS_BATTERY_BRANDS.

Testing

• npm run check passes (typecheck, Vite build, 232 tests) against local protocol build.
• Verified on hardware in wired and wireless modes: DPI stages, 8K polling, 2-stop LOD, debounce, auto sleep, power modes, motion sync.
