- hero banner (assets/ghost-banner.png) + an in-action terminal demo GIF (assets/ghost-demo.gif, 0.4MB), both built in HyperFrames in the OG brand (Geist/Geist Mono, cyan #24bce3, dark canvas) - badges row (MIT / macOS / built on Hermes / open-weight) under the title - a 'ghost vs the alternatives' comparison table - trim the over-dramatic 'installing shouldn't need an LLM' and 'privacy layer in the way' sections; 'Why ghost exists' is now the two that matter (unrestricted, private)
