Give each 'why ghost exists' section a canonical epigraph (Gilmore on censorship, the Cypherpunk Manifesto on privacy, Schneier on over-trusting tech, Dijkstra on simplicity), the bold The Problem./The Fix. rhythm, and move the scrubber war story into a <details>. All quote-source links verified 200.
