Reworks the README into a problem->fix narrative (inspired by mattpocock/skills): leads with the four failure modes ghost fixes, each as Problem -> Fix, anchored by the real 'the scrubber mangled the key during our own pentest' story. Quickstart one-liner stays up top; the bridge -> og-veil -> TEE path moves into a <details>. No factual changes -- default DeepSeek, og-veil OHTTP/TEE, redaction off by default, uv install, ghost update.

Reframe around the four things ghost actually fixes (model refuses/moralizes;
provider reads your prompts; an over-aggressive privacy layer corrupts your
work; installing shouldn't need an LLM), each as Problem -> Fix, with the real
scrubber-mangled-the-key war story as the anchor. Quickstart up top, protocol
details collapsed into <details>, model line-up kept.
