SEED-007 (bombolitin-II, largest family 26 selected, 4 pilot slots all NOVEL): - Origin, mechanism, novelty framing, Met oxidation guidance - Serum stability (0.636–0.662, best raw model score alongside SEED-006) - Breakthrough candidate framing for VAR_009 (rank 3, ensemble 0.849) SEED-005 (cecropin-magainin hybrid, 1 pilot slot CLOSE_RELATIVE): - Dual-domain mechanism, expected activity profile (missing before) - Safety concern (score 0.845, lowest in panel), serum risk corrected SEED-008 (puroindoline-a Trp-rich): - Standalone section summarising non-helical aromatic mechanism - Trp aggregation dissolution protocol, CD interpretation note SEED-009 (Bac2A proline-rich): - Standalone section with RPMI-1640 requirement restated - Pro coupling challenges, Pro-bond serine-protease resistance Serum stability table: header → "All 7 Seeds"; added SEED-006 (0.61–0.67) and SEED-007 (0.636–0.662) rows; sorted by ascending score.
