Follow-up to public PR #6. All three native binaries and both source archives were built and validated correctly for v0.2.1 (run 39638413418), but final gh release upload failed because the publisher job intentionally does not checkout the repository. Specify --repo "$GITHUB_REPOSITORY" in the upload and verification CLI commands. The five verified archives plus SHA256SUMS.txt have already been backfilled manually to public v0.2.1 and SHA-256 verified. This small change fixes future automatic publication. No source-code changes or changes to token scopes.
