Public documentation only: record removal of the obsolete container package and clarify that a source-only alpha is the only published artifact. Warn against cached historical images; require authenticated PQ tunnel validation, failure tests, independent security review and signed SBOM/OCI digest before a new public container release. No internal repository references, credentials, runtime code changes or GHCR publishing steps.
