Adds docs/ai-services.md and docs/ai-services.zh-CN.md, and a short "AI services (octos)" section in README.md and README.zh-CN.md that links to them. Docs only.

What the page covers

Verified

  • The desktop (cargo build --release -p octosense at 405139f) ran hidden with the exact env from step 2, using octos built at a6ea8505 with the documented command. The log showed octos: kernel service ready (starts on first use), core dir …/octos-home/.octos and llm: provider profile under …. AI providers opened from the launcher (card: os.ai-providers running under 2 capability(ies)…). Nothing was written outside the temp dir.
  • Every test command in the page passes: cargo test --locked -p octosense-kernel, -p octosense-app-peers --features octos-core,ws and -p octosense-ai-host --features octos-core,llm. Both real-kernel tests pass against that octos build: kernel 1/1 and app-peers 6/6.
  • The contained-app errors were run in card-host (App Hub 362d832) with a probe app:
    • no service answers "octos" on this device
    • this app was not granted "octos", which "octos.session.open" needs
    • no service answers "llm" on this device
  • Relative links (checklinks.py) and in-page anchors check clean.

Not verified

  • Adding a provider with a real key, and a Rinx turn on the desktop (this needs a Matrix sign-in).
  • The phone steps. These are taken from phone/README.md and tools/kernel-artifact.py.

Companion PRs: OctoScript-App-Design-Flow (the developer page docs/AI-SERVICES.md) and OctoSense-App-Hub (status notes in PUBLISHING).

docs/ai-services.md and docs/ai-services.zh-CN.md: the octos kernel per
shell (desktop, Android, OpenHarmony; none on iOS), AI providers and the llm
host service, crates/ai-host, the app-peers broker and the system agent; the
trust model; what native modules (Rinx), Rinx mini apps and contained script
apps can use today (a contained app cannot reach the assistant: no octos
service in the Card runner, llm is provider management for os.* apps); ADR
0002 piece by piece with status and links; running and testing locally with a
throwaway kernel profile and hidden windows, and the phone.

README and README.zh-CN get a short "AI services (octos)" section linking it.

… GPU timing, terminal shortcuts)

Makepad main 39a9de88 adds a hidden map's idle frame loop fix (#79),
Android HTTP without redirects (#75), the sheets font by crate (#80),
Linux GL remote grabs (#93), Android Vulkan without a debug messenger
(#92), the touch-down power hint (#83), GL GPU timing (#81), atlas text
on phones (#82), the DrawText current-list fix (#89), terminal keyboard
shortcuts (#76) and the terminal on OpenHarmony (#91), and OpenHarmony's
keyboard, Studio, GL lifetimes and idle frames (#84, #85, #88, #87),
through Octoscript-Makepad 62760863 (#70). makepad #90 is not in it.

- root Cargo.toml: makepad and octoscript-makepad revisions together;
native-apps.json (Sheets, Terminal), regenerated pins unchanged otherwise
- both native-runtime.lock.json files
- runtime-patches.lock.json: the settings patch is rebased onto 39a9de88
with the same added and removed lines; its touch-down line in
MakepadActivity.java now sits next to #83's hint, and draw_text.rs
context follows #87's cfg. The system-back, IME and two Windows patches
reapply unchanged. The map, OpenHarmony GL-lifetime and DrawText patches
are dropped: they are makepad #79, #88 and #89, now upstream. New tree
  976bf55b.
- Cargo.lock: unchanged
- the three pinned-hash docs
