Native hosts need to distinguish a failed send from a lost acknowledgement after the server accepted it. This adds the portable journal used in BuWei, with opaque host-issued consent, durable claim-before-dispatch, transaction-ID reuse and read-only reconciliation against matching evidence.

The optional crate is a standalone workspace excluded from the default shell graph. Existing services and permissions are unchanged; an integrating service still supplies its reviewed SDK adapter. English and Chinese usage guides, fixed dependencies and Windows/Linux CI are included.

Validation at 4d89472: Windows and Linux CI passed, including 34 production journal tests and both 50,008-row comparisons. The same tests and comparisons passed locally on Windows. Both benchmarks call the same journal queries before and after indexing and assert equal results; the second keeps all rows under one account. The unresolved-only partial index also covers a single account with 50,005 confirmed rows; it avoids depending on cross-account filtering for the recovery gain. Live SDK flows are separately reproduced in BuWei; fixture tests are not presented as a live integration of OctoSense services.
