A native activity card should locate a resource without granting an identity, joining a room or executing a business action. This proposes a reusable verification seam in the shell, plus a bilingual integration ADR linked from both READMEs.

The host checks its current SDK account and login generation, re-fetches the exact source event, compares source and pointer, checks source/target membership and the registered application authority. Queued opens expire, reject clock rollback and are rechecked. The focus key includes account, generation, app, room and resource. Display/focus is separate from enrollment, messages and leases.

Validation at aa39369: Windows/Linux contract tests and macOS shell packaging checks passed. Ten portable tests cover forged source, wrong room, unknown versions, empty/malformed IDs, account/generation changes, revocation, expiry, rollback and repeated focus. CI also checks desktop, mobile-apps and Home against the same module, and runs the shell native-activity tests.

Contract tests use a scripted SDK adapter. A concrete Rinx SDK/ModuleHost adapter and rendered navigation remain unwired, so this stays a draft and does not claim end-to-end production routing. The mobile packaging check is compilation, not a device trial.

Related pointer proposal: hagency-org/Rinx#89. No external dependency or pin update. BuWei is the motivating resource/receipt example: https://github.com/WeiR-h/buwei. No claim of official collection or App Hub store eligibility.
