Mail could publish a card while phone chat covered its notification, and visible banners ignored Android touch. Notifications and card sheets now appear above chat; a matching touch release opens the exact published card, and closing it returns to Glance. Phone banners use a rounded layout with bounded body text; full cards open in a bottom sheet with a larger close target. Cancelled drags and interrupted captures are handled explicitly.

The OnePlus 6 test exercised DeepSeek system-agent → Mail-peer delegation, mail_notify, a real notification tap, the complete card, and × dismissal to the same card in Glance. The model populated the existing notice template; the operator performed and reviewed phone input. This runtime change remains separate from the Android-authored template examples in App Design Flow.

Validation:

• 838 shell tests passed for the original touch fix; 840 passed for polish commit 9e65b3bc, along with desktop/Home, dependency-graph and setup checks.
• Original device evidence uses clean c3eaea2c. Fresh polish evidence uses clean composite ccf8013f (includes App Studio); installed APK SHA-256 matches its build receipt. It is not an exact-9e65b3bc device build.
• Fresh keyed agent/touch evidence and all three screenshots passed independent review. A stale-log race in the operator harness was corrected before the successful replay; the failed attempt remains documented.
• Temporary provider configurations and developer grants were removed after testing, test packages stopped, and the original screen timeout restored. Production Home, Bridge, launcher and ROM were unchanged.

Scope: OctoSense's in-app toast, not Android's notification tray/background delivery or Mail's full application. Normal Home Back, landscape, dark mode and live mail remain unverified; the renamed test package uses × because its Android Back override is not loaded. Light status-bar contrast remains a separate shell issue.
