ADR 0004: in-process modules use the peer-link client #142
Description
Process apps reach their agent through makepad_ai_services::peer (#130, makepad#54). In-process modules still get the injected service. Pick up Makepad's parked peer links in module_host, so an app doesn't depend on how it's hosted.
