Admit the exact A2App-compatible matrix.* service names and four octos.* session/turn services in bundle manifests. Hosts still enforce declarations, per-instance user grants and their own ceilings; admission does not grant or dispatch these services automatically.

Validation: Rinx bundle admission and grant/revocation integration tests, plus native package review and live Matrix profile/Octos session calls on MacBook and OnePlus 6. Existing OS service capabilities remain available.

Publication check: 33 policy tests and one doc test pass in the prepared source layout.

Superseded by #14, which publishes the same exact matrix.* and octos.* service names on main with admission tests, store wording and PUBLISHING.md documentation (Rinx ADR 0007). Consumers should move from b0591e2 to main.
