docs(publishing): say where the host services and agents are served now - #45

The "served today (2026-09-27)" paragraphs and the agent section's status note still said no shell serves model, glance to store apps, octos or an app's agent, and that the shells pin App Hub 46d67e5. As of OctoSense main 7082ff5 (App Hub pin 0f33211): - mail and model go to any app granted them, glance to any contained app granted it, llm and news to os. apps only; card-host serves none. - research and crawl reach no app agent yet (toolbox-peers is off). - octos.* goes to contained apps where the shell hosts a kernel, after first-use consent; matrix.* only through Rinx's mini-app host. - an app's agent gets a peer with its tools.json tools and the "Ask <app>" panel; AGENT.md, skills, model choice, triggers and app-implemented tools are not there yet.
