The guides still send developers to RC4 and describe WASI sockets as unreleased. Point the English/Chinese download pages, Rust and SDK guides, publishing guide and agent instructions to the published desktop RC6 and its required wasm.sockets@1 API.

Document the updater's channels, manual installation from RC5, signed checksum manifest and platform acceptance limits. Preserve historical RC4 evidence as historical and identify the actual publisher pin's contract 1.12.0. Android Home remains a separate release; each app still needs platform acceptance.

Validation:

  • python3 tools/check-links.py: 0 broken, 0 pending; git diff --check passed.
  • All 13 linked public RC6 downloads, release and workflow pages returned HTTP 200 without authentication.
  • Fresh anonymous public Mac ZIP and receipt downloads matched the verified release hashes. The actual packaged updater showed up to date for RC/Preview and unavailable for Stable; all owned test processes exited cleanly.
  • Identical official Mac package bytes passed public App Hub Repo Radar search, install, Open and cold-restart persistence. No full app, real-account, model or installer-replacement acceptance is claimed.

Release evidence: RC6, official build, checksum signing. Source is f9f6fea90b52182790cb2641fd0145c425af4d84.
