Moves makepad-script from b0cbc9bc to makepad main 75e3e24d, the org-wide release (Octoscript-Makepad#52). It adds:

• makepad#43: WebReader.close() ends the page.
• makepad#46: terminal gestures.

Changed: both manifests, UPSTREAM.md, and in Cargo.lock and fuzz/Cargo.lock only the 13 makepad source lines each.

Checked locally, following ci.yml:

• cargo fmt --check: ok
• cargo clippy --workspace --all-targets --all-features -- -D warnings: clean
• cargo test --workspace --all-features: 1058 passed
• cargo test -p makepad-script: 167 passed
• the fuzz crate's nightly cargo check --locked: ok
