Repin makepad-script to makepad main b0cbc9bc - #41

The org runs on one makepad: OctoSense, Octoscript-Makepad and makepad main are at b0cbc9bc (makepad #41, #42 on top of 975c5630). Both manifests, UPSTREAM.md and the two lock files move with it; only the makepad source lines change in the locks. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
