Move the makepad-script git pin from 703c00acd738c1762b5db581d3dcc359bfb97d4a to 3090964f9eba54c9384c0b55d2b4869c80305f7b (fast-forward of the fork's octoscript branch, PR #5). makepad-script itself is unchanged apart from the platform/src/script/std.rs and res.rs fetch-layer additions. Updated: crates/octoscript-core/Cargo.toml, crates/octoscript-capabilities/Cargo.toml, UPSTREAM.md, Cargo.lock, fuzz/Cargo.lock.
