Move the makepad-script git pin on the OctoSense-org/makepad `octoscript` branch from 9069cfaf87960f535f2440d736d223238b88c5b1 to 712b9f16d1992131bb99c070673faa1929fe75f3 (fork PR #3: 17 upstream `dev` commits picked, incl. #1210 vm/opcodes_control/thread changes and the #1219 apply-semantics change). Both manifests, the quoted pin in UPSTREAM.md, and both lockfiles (root and fuzz/) are updated.
