Adopt the approved cyan eight-arm OctoScript logo, preserving the [/] symbol as a transparent center cutout. Update the shared website mark and favicon, and provide SVG/PNG assets for reuse.
Validation: 4 unit tests, Astro build, and 10 bilingual homepage/navigation/accessibility browser tests passed. Visually checked the homepage. Merging deploys the checked site through the existing GitHub Pages workflow, as requested.
