docs: add Simplified Chinese READMEs - #1

Add README.zh-CN.md beside the root and demos/component-lab READMEs, put an English | 简体中文 switcher under each H1, and drop the ad-hoc "## 中文" summary from the English README (it also wrongly said CI does not publish the site; ci.yml deploys main to GitHub Pages).
