The org-wide makepad release after makepad #94–#98 (Octoscript-Makepad #71, 2cc5ef37).

  • Octoscript stays at 5991dfae, so the octoscript-core revisions don't move this time.
  • makepad-script, the only makepad crate here, has no changed files in 39a9de88..c155f61d.
  • Only native-runtime.lock.json and the READMEs (EN/zh-CN) that name the pins change. Cargo.lock is unchanged.

Checked locally on macOS with this workflow's steps: tools/setup-native.py (prepare and the consumer check), cargo check --locked --manifest-path Cargo.toml, and setup-native.py --check --cargo-manifest Cargo.toml. All pass.

Move native-runtime.lock.json from Octoscript-Makepad b0960902 to
6cf2d90a (Octoscript-Makepad #83), whose runtime.json pins makepad
main d653bc44 and Octoscript 2e37d9e6 (unchanged, so octoscript-core
in the arkui and webview crates keeps its rev). The runtime-lock
lines in both READMEs name the new revisions.
