Hackathon docs audit.

  • README.md / README.zh-CN.md: add a "Building an OctoSense app?" note under the language switcher: a contestant does not need this repository (it is a research renderer for native Android widgets, separate from script apps and the App Hub) and the org profile's reading order.
  • The pointer to the full analysis in octos-one now says that repository is not public.
  • "AppCards" (the old name of OctoScript-App-Design-Flow) replaced by the consumers the org profile names: the OctoSense shells and the App Hub's card-host.

The runtime lock itself points at an OctoScript-Makepad commit that is not on main; that is a build change, filed as #4.

Docs only.
