The org's one makepad moves to 75e3e24d (#43 WebReader close ends the page, #46 terminal gestures), released by Octoscript-Makepad#52 (83b2f8c0). The lock, the Cargo revs and the doc lines that name the current release move with it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Moves the runtime to Octoscript-Makepad
83b2f8c0(#52), which releases makepad main75e3e24d. That's the org-wide release in this sweep; OctoSense#109 carries it there. It adds:WebReader.close()ends the page.Checked locally against sibling checkouts at makepad
