Applications now select one immutable Octoscript-Makepad release. Its runtime manifest owns the Makepad and Octoscript revisions; sibling source patches keep one VM/platform/widgets graph. Add a bootstrap helper, Cargo locks and CI graph verification so independent framework versions cannot drift.
Validation: both catalog and probe host builds and locked Cargo graph verification passed on macOS. Android device/NDK validation was unavailable.
