macOS support?

I recently tried building this on macOS and, with a few patches, was able to get it working successfully.

Are there any plans to officially support macOS builds in the future?

I tested on macOS 15.5 using clang. The required changes were relatively small, and I'd be happy to share the patches or open a PR if there's interest.

If macOS support is something the project would consider, I'm also willing to help maintain the build and address platform-specific issues.
