Invite collaborators

• Create an onboarding process for collaborators (to tell them why the community is important, to create a profile, how they can contribute and introduce themselves)

• When approritate encourage project managers to also indicate business opportunities

• Create various groups of contributors and assign them to some projects/issues as a group activity
