• visual glitch on cloned and made tf (black, is it because item_display_info isn't set? (only handles icon for some reason i thought)

spellcategorycooldown defaults -1 but is 0 on tf
customs are 2h, og is 1h
Happens to clone too

• Stats report incorrectly. "Mana Regen" outputs as mana on 1.12 (maybe 3.3.5a diff or it plain wrong)
  "mana" stat also adds mana, still spews
  Using these stats causes this spew. Removing them fixes it.
  
  
  Made issue Fix item stats per expansion #87 to rework stats entirely.

Mana spam possibly related to cb_data.xml. ID 0 is mana.
I'm not sure how stats are inserted but maybe it should be -1 or smth.
