Sync from Statusdb_views@4bb1ebc ('Add check for project names to avoid
indexed Phix'): only emit view entries for IDs matching P<digits>, so
non-sample entries (e.g. indexed Phix) no longer create phantom
project entries in the flowcell's project list.
The view tooling (scan glob and design-doc builder) only recognises <name>.map.js files; as active_created_at.js it was invisible, so the demux_configuration database and its summary design doc were never built or created in the statusdb container.
…ig.yaml With the view registered (and the file renamed in the previous commit), the init pipeline now builds and deploys the summary design doc, which also creates the demux_configuration database as a side effect.

The x_flowcells view is already deployed to production. It was merged to Statusdb_views repo.
