Fixes #56.

The install matrix in rust-release.yml called the GitHub release API anonymously on shared runner IPs. This occasionally fails with HTTP 403 despite a successful build, particularly on macOS. The regular installers.yml already passes GH_TOKEN to install.sh.

  • Pass GH_TOKEN: ${{ github.token }} to the release-install job.
  • Limit that job's token to contents: read; the upstream build job retains its release-write permission.
  • No installer logic, release assets or published data changed.

Validation: compared existing install.sh GH_TOKEN usage and installers.yml workflow. A release tag is required for actual end-to-end validation; no release was triggered and no installer run is claimed.
