fix(hook): keep the PowerShell engine history as typed - #48

The engine records the line handed to it, so `history` and `r` showed
every captured command as `. __cdg { ... }`. Before each prompt the hook
now replaces that last entry with the line as typed, keeping its status and
times. PSReadLine history was already as typed.
