Adds six PVA SDK skills to the catalog for setup, diagnostics, specification, operator generation, building/testing, and debugging:

  • skills/pva-build-test/
  • skills/pva-debug/
  • skills/pva-doctor/
  • skills/pva-opgen/
  • skills/pva-setup/
  • skills/pva-spec/

All 90 files are imported unchanged from pva-agents/pva-sdk-skills main at a34b75386f77c600b3eb57a21da4fdc988151390. Each folder already contains its README with public installation instructions, supporting resources, evaluation data, benchmark report, skill card, and signature.

The diff contains only these six folders. benchmarks.json and versions.json are intentionally left for post-merge regeneration so version provenance reflects the final merged commit IDs. Catalog registration and workflow files are unchanged.

Validation

  • Source packaging and helper suite: 42 tests passed.
  • Imported file contents and permissions match the source exactly.
  • All six SKILL.md names/descriptions pass frontmatter checks.
  • Content-integrity check passes for all six skills, including their READMEs.
  • README links to catalog files resolve to files included in this import.
  • Metadata validation with --check --no-ai exits successfully, with enrichment deferred.
  • git diff --check passes.
  • Live SDK, emulator, hardware, and agent evaluations were not rerun; source evaluation artifacts are included.

Maintainer follow-up

The current PR workflow still checks that benchmarks.json and versions.json are up to date; both read-only checks report drift with the generated files intentionally excluded. Please handle generated-index publication after merge and the corresponding PR-check requirements.

These folders are not registered in components.d/, manual-components.yml, or catalog exceptions. The catalog sync can prune unregistered folders, so retention needs maintainer handling separately from this six-folder import. NVSkills CI also requires a maintainer/admin to trigger /nvskills-ci; the signing account already has write access to the fork.

Onboarding and author confirmations

  • Other: direct import of six skill folders from the internal product repository.
  • Skills use skills/<skill-name>/ paths.
  • Commit signed off with DCO.
  • Owning team confirms open-source release approvals.
  • Owning team confirms applicable licensing and third-party requirements. The source LICENSE assigns CC-BY-4.0 to documentation/skills/assets and Apache-2.0 to source code.

The source remains internal; acceptance of direct catalog maintenance requires maintainer review.

The six PVA SDK skills are imported directly from an internal source
repository, like the Physical AI skills, so they have no components.d
entry. Register them in manual-components.yml so the sync keeps their
directories, the README lists them under PVA SDK, and benchmark
aggregation assigns them to that product.

Approved. Six PVA SDK skills imported directly from the internal source repo and registered as a manual component (same model as Physical AI). NVSkills CI passed on the final head: Tiers 1–3 PASS for all six skills, gate passed, and fresh signatures attached (e551ccb), each chaining to the NVIDIA Agent Capabilities root. OSRB review closed (bug 6882140). benchmarks.json / versions.json will be regenerated after merge.
