Adds six PVA SDK skills directly to the catalog and registers them in .github/scripts/manual-components.yml so they remain included during catalog regeneration and orphan cleanup.

Regenerates benchmarks.json and versions.json to include benchmark results and content provenance for the six new skills. Existing skill entries remain unchanged.

The imported skills are pva-build-test, pva-debug, pva-doctor, pva-opgen, pva-setup, and pva-spec. Each directory includes its supporting assets, evaluation data, benchmark report, skill card, and detached signature.

Onboarding type

  • New product onboarding through components.d/<slug>.yml
  • Other — direct/manual PVA SDK skill import

Manual-import exception requested

The source is maintained in the internal PVA SDK skills repository. This PR proposes extending the existing manual-import mechanism to PVA SDK, without configuring a public upstream repository. Updates to these catalog copies would be submitted through subsequent direct PRs.

The original skill files were copied unchanged from source commit 3bef37c1ac8b4b8c87e386b1502cfac182df568d. Each skill also includes that source revision’s top-level README.md, with its seven relative documentation links adjusted to work from the skill directory. Maintainer acceptance of this manual-import exception is requested.

Author affirmations

The following release and licensing confirmations remain for the author to complete:

  • Skills cleared for open source release by the owning team, with all required approvals in place
  • License confirmed: Apache 2.0 / CC-BY 4.0 / Dual (Apache 2.0 + CC-BY 4.0)
  • No new license or new third-party component introduced beyond what the source repo already carries
  • Skills are placed directly under skills/<skill-name>/

Public source repository requirement: Exception requested for this manual import; the source remains internal.

Reviewer checklist

  • Accept the proposed PVA SDK manual-import exception and maintenance approach
  • Review the author release and licensing confirmations
  • Confirm the manual catalog entry covers all six imported skill directories
  • Review SKILL.md frontmatter and required release artifacts

All PRs

  • All commits signed off with DCO (git commit -s)

Validation

  • All original imported skill files match the source checkout byte-for-byte. The six added READMEs match the source top-level README except for relative documentation link paths; all 42 adjusted links resolve.
  • All six include SKILL.md, skill-card.md, skill.oms.sig, and evaluation JSON.
  • All files listed in the existing signature manifests still match their signed hashes. The added READMEs require NVSkills CI validation for the updated PR.
  • The manual catalog YAML parses successfully and retains the existing entries.
  • The metadata workflow passes, including benchmark aggregation, version provenance validation, and generator tests.
  • Live evaluations were not rerun for this import; the source evaluation data and benchmark reports are included.
