chore(catalog): remove 9 DOCA skills deleted upstream - #762

DOCA removed these skills from NVIDIA-DOCA/doca-skills in its 2026-10-24 publish, so the sync reported them as empty or missing. Nine removals exceed the sync's automatic prune limit, so deregister them and remove their directories here; generated files are rebuilt with the repo generators. Admin-merging: all checks pass except require-nvskills-ci, which fails on deletion-only PRs under skills/ (no NVSkills CI status applies to removed directories). Same situation as #729. |
