[TRTLLM-17527][refactor] transport typed Python request inputs - #21375
Carry bound requests and Python-only inputs in one internal envelope with explicit pickle and child-copy policies. Adapt directly constructed native requests before queue handoff and preserve legacy input defaults, including absent versus explicit-null EOS.
Replace the broadcast sidecar with complete envelopes while preserving probe and PP collective ordering. Cover worker construction, real bound-request serialization, IPC, RPC serialization, and TP/PP transport routes.
Dev Engineer Review
ExecutorRequest separates native request data from Python-owned inputs. It adapts native requests at queue handoff, carries both parts through serialization and broadcast, and copies child inputs while preserving processor callable identity. The native request remains the source of truth for end_id when py_original_end_id is absent; explicit None is preserved.
The broadcast API now returns request envelopes instead of request lists paired with Python-object sidecars. Removed helper functions and changed return types require callers to use the new envelope contract. Verify direct callers and integrations that may depend on the removed helpers or tuple return shape.
The supplied change summary reports focused CPU tests and several CI runs with failed or unstable results. It also reports that GPU validation was blocked by a host driver/library mismatch. These reports do not establish a complete passing test run.
QA Engineer Review
The change modifies four test files. The reported coverage exercises worker construction and request translation, envelope serialization, parent/child input handling, and TP/PP broadcast paths. The supplied summary does not identify individual test function names or IDs.
test_base_worker.py and test_connector_adp.py appear in tests/integration/test_lists/test-db/l0_cpu.yml. The connector test also appears in tests/integration/test_lists/waives.txt with a skip waiver. The shell search did not find the other changed test files in the CI or manual-QA lists.
Coverage verdict: needs follow-up. The reported CPU coverage is broad, but CI results are mixed and live GPU validation remains blocked.

Python-owned request data is now carried in an ExecutorRequest envelope with the native request. Request broadcasting sends these envelopes directly, and LLM request conversion reads Python-side fields from the envelope.

Expose py_conversation_params on ExecutorRequest.
The BaseWorker path stores conversation parameters in ExecutorRequest.inputs, but the ADP router reads req.py_conversation_params. Because the envelope has no matching property, that read falls through to the native Request, which does not provide the attribute. An attention-DP request can therefore raise AttributeError before routing.

Expose conversation parameters through the ExecutorRequest envelope by adding a
py_conversation_params property that returns the value stored in
self.inputs.conversation_params. This ensures attribute access uses the
envelope’s inputs instead of falling through to the native Request.

BaseWorker now stores conversation parameters only in inputs, but ConversationAwareADPRouter._conversation_id() and _publish_uncached_estimate() still read req.py_conversation_params. On a worker-created envelope, that read delegates to the native request, which has no such attribute, so conversation-aware ADP raises AttributeError before routing, even when the conversation parameters are None. Could you expose inputs.conversation_params through a py_conversation_params property and cover a worker-created envelope through that router? Required for this PR.
