test(desktop): cover named accounts and the Windows terminal launcher - #1108
The desktop adds worktree session preview, reviewed launch, session inventory, and a Sessions page. It also makes harness::install available in non-test builds and adds tests for symlinked account roots and Windows terminal-job launches.

Summary
Project preview and session inventory crates/switchyard-desktop/src/sessions.rs, crates/switchyard-desktop/src/controller.rs
Project preview returns Git checkout details. Session inventory reads receipts and sorts them by creation time. The controller includes inventory and any read error in its snapshot.
Worktree setup and harness launch crates/switchyard-desktop/src/sessions.rs, crates/switchyard-desktop/src/harness.rs, crates/switchyard-desktop/tests/windows_terminal.rs
Launch validates settings and the project, creates a worktree and session receipt, then configures and opens the harness terminal. Pending resources are cleaned up when launch fails. install is compiled in non-test builds. The Windows test checks terminal-job arguments, environment, working directory, and cleanup.
The controller previews launch inputs and stores a reviewed plan. Launch requires a matching preview token and an unchanged project preview. The added test covers custom settings paths, install validation, and restore behavior.
Sessions page and launch interaction crates/switchyard-desktop/src/tui.rs
The TUI adds Sessions navigation, selection controls, project-folder entry, and a LAUNCH review confirmation. It retains a selected session across refreshes when that session remains listed.
The Sessions page displays inventory, launch setup information, and selected-session details. It shows inventory errors or an empty state and formats valid RFC 3339 timestamps in local time.
A Unix test checks that account operations fail or return no entries when .switchyard is a symlink, and that creation does not create the requested directory at the symlink target.
This PR adds Sessions launch support and tests. A reviewed launch can currently be replayed without a new preview, which could create duplicate worktree sessions. The Sessions help also describes keys that do not exist yet. Both are small, localized fixes, so the PR is mergeable once they are addressed or accepted.

A rabbit taps the launch review, Then checks the branch and worktree, too. Session notes line up in rows, While local-time beside them glows. The symlink test keeps roots in view, And terminal jobs pass safely through.

draw_session_table scans all loaded calls for each recorded session. If the inventory contains hundreds of sessions and recent history contains thousands of calls, every redraw repeats hundreds of thousands of comparisons. Build a map of the newest loaded call by session ID before constructing the rows, then look up each session in that map.

Update draw_session_table to build a map of the newest loaded call keyed by
session ID once before constructing rows, then use that map for each row’s
last-call lookup instead of rescanning app.data with last_call.
