Summary
Adds a "standard" settings file for
panda1andpanda2devices as recorded on 2026-10-14.Motivation
Provides a configuration file that can be easily loaded via an ophyd-async Bluesky plan stub. If panda configurations change at some future point, they can easily be recovered from these saved profiles.
This won't be used for anything live just yet. The intent here is to capture whatever the current state of the PandA boxes were for future reference.
