Summary

Use the latest vuecore release 0.3.0 for differential regulation plots.

List of changes proposed in this PR (pull-request)

• fix doc version of vuecore to 0.3.0
• switch to vuecore.interactive.get_enrichment_plot in examples instead of basic scatter plot

Require a published VueCore version

The public PyPI release history currently only provides VueCore through 0.2.0, so pip install .[docs] cannot satisfy this new >=0.2.1 constraint. This blocks creation of the documentation environment and Read the Docs/CI builds; publish the intended release first or reference an available version that contains the new plotting API.
