Changes

• add the public VendorOCRRequestError wrapper
• preserve transport and HTTP failures through Python exception chaining
• keep the original response available for Unlimited OCR provider errors returned with HTTP 200
• wrap malformed vendor responses without adding retry or error classification
• bump the package version from 1.2.0 to 1.2.1
• document how callers inspect the original error and response
