Summary
Expands the single "Hide Media Description on Details Page" toggle into granular controls accessed via a dedicated subpage button labeled "Toggle Media Description Visibility" ("Hide media descriptions from various detail pages."). Addresses issue #1873 where show descriptions were previously not targetable independently. This also separates the toggles for local content vs Seerr content (since I would like to hide descriptions on content already in my library, but see it on content that I might be interested in that I'm not familiar with).
These new settings are sync and pushable through the related Moonbase PR (Moonfin-Client/Plugin#327).
