仿照 eqnarray 的 4 列布局与导出逻辑，为 2 列布局的 align 独立实现 3 列全宽表格的 HTML 导出（alignx-table）以及对应的 rewrite 与 import 还原，完全不干扰 eqnarray 原本的导出逻辑，100% 通过 TDD 16 项集成测试。
