cluster plannow waits for accepted previews to finish instead of returning an incomplete result. It polls the original preview ID, honors the existing--timeoutand--no-waitoptions, and retains the revision and idempotency key for recovery without automatically submitting another request. Ready metadata replays fetch the authorized plan before reporting success.No new commands, flags, or dependencies. Direct cluster operations and apply output are unchanged.
Validation: 9 managed transport/output unit tests, 3 managed-plan process tests, and the existing explicit polling regression covering ready, timeout, failed, expired, and transient observation failures. CLI Clippy, formatting, and documentation checks pass.
