Drops MobilityFlink's duplicated MeosOps* facade (61 classes + the runtime probe) and its generator, which now live once in JMEOS under org.mobilitydb.meos. Refreshes jar/JMEOS.jar to the facade-carrying build (pin 588768d7ab surface), repoints the wirings, BerlinMOD bridge, demos and smoke tests to org.mobilitydb.meos.MeosOps*, and switches the enable flag to the canonical -Dmeos.enabled. Facade smoke 7/7 against the pin libmeos; the Flink-specific wirings and runtime are unchanged.

Superseded by the Path-B consolidation: the former 18-deep stack is collapsed into two reviewable topical PRs on top of the merged scaffold — MEOS integration #30 → benchmark #31 — each one clean squashed commit with the generated-facade bulk, dead family-flag profiles, committed target/ artifacts, and invented synthetic corpus removed. Closing as folded into #30/#31. |
