Part C: a phone app for an app's customers

• A third side, mobile: an Expo (React Native) project in apps/<key>/mobile/, written by adminium app new <key> --mobile or by the Designer's Mobile target.
• A third kind of public key, the app key (adm_app_…): accepted with no Origin, refused from a browser.
• The preview in a phone's frame (Expo's export for the web), and a door a real phone with Expo Go comes through on the same network.
• A person is asked before Expo is installed or run; packages are named by a registry version only.
• Never served by adminium start, a packed app or an installed app.

Part B: real models

• OpenAI's current models refused the Designer's tool calls and the one-shot client's max_tokens and temperature 0: both fixed, with tests from the service's own words.
• Eight replies recorded from Anthropic and OpenAI, replayed by new tests.
• The fallback model lists are the current ones.

Evaluated on the iOS Simulator with a scripted model, and on claude-haiku-5-5 and gpt-6-luna through the Designer (three requests and a change each). pnpm preflight: 28 gates green.
