Change

Bump the root workspace and TUI package versions from 0.5.3 to 0.5.4. The annotated v0.5.4 tag points to 9639594f6a398775fa42b2af7a9f5348510b82a5; merging this PR carries the tagged source version into main.

Validation

• PASS: pnpm verify with the full profile on macOS arm64, Node.js 22.22.2, at 9639594f6a398775fa42b2af7a9f5348510b82a5 (15 gates).
• PASS: the existing focused release-version contract test (1 test), root/TUI/tag version consistency, and git diff --check.
• Performance: basic; this change updates version metadata only.
• NOT RUN locally: Linux, Windows, release-archive installation, and live-service scenarios. The tag-triggered CLI release workflow validates the release archive separately.
