chore: bump MiniMax Code to 0.5.1

Change

Bump the root and TUI package versions from 0.5.0 to 0.5.1 so source builds report the next patch version. Based on the latest reviewed main commit, including the persisted-history BTW fix.

Validation

• PASS: pnpm verify (full profile, 14 gates) on commit 93281299aa09db1ba091e914a703f227970fdbb6, macOS arm64, Node 26.4.0.
• PASS: node dist/cli.js --version prints 0.5.1; git diff --check.
• PASS: release CLI dry run before the bump.
• Performance: basic; version metadata only.
• NOT RUN: release archive installation, Linux/Windows acceptance, and live-service checks.

Publication and contribution checks

• Contribution is under the existing applicable licenses; no imported material.
• No credentials, account data, real user content, internal history, or private review material.
• No added/removed source files or new tests; no inventory regeneration required.
• No shared documentation or capability changes required.
