I've added svg, html, and mermaid formats to the graphs, I'm using it on the readme in this branch instead of the png:
It is not as interactable as I wanted... mermaid charts inside vscode is better because we can drag with middle button... but still it has pan and zoom + it's vectorized, plus it's visible in both themes, the colors can be adjusted, there is also an unneeded background to the to the edge's label.
Besides the graphs, the other diagrams are also visible in both themes:
