Webhook rejects the new version

With validation enabled, the webhook rejects doca3.3.3-26.01-2.0.0.0.631-0. isValidOFEDVersion accepts four dotted build-number groups followed by a hyphen, or at least six digits; 2.0.0.0.631 matches neither. All seven updated examples therefore fail to create or update a NicClusterPolicy with “invalid OFED version.” Extend the validator and add a test for this format before selecting it.
