Remove MagnifyModel, the selfDrivenZoom/nativeZoomTick/nativeWheelNotches hooks, supportsInspect, the injected-key skip, TrayEngine::System, magnifyStep and the native Magnifier registry backup. model=magnify and unknown models still load as hybrid.
